Refund policy

All purchases are final. Because every song is written and produced for you on demand (and the AI providers charge us per generation), we do not offer refunds once a payment is complete.

What you do get:

• Unlimited manual edits to your lyrics before you approve them.
• AI rewrites as included in your plan.
• Alterations after delivery as included in your plan. Every request is reviewed by a person within 48 hours. Requests beyond your plan may carry a fee, shown before you pay.

If a song fails to generate because of a problem on our side, we restore your credit so you can generate again. Write to us at the support email on this page if something has gone wrong.

Terms of use

• You confirm you have the right to share the names and personal details you enter.
• The lyrics and the song are for personal, non-commercial use by you and your family unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Songs are produced with AI tools (lyrics and music). Output varies between generations; we do not promise a specific sound.
• Orders that break our content policy are stopped without refund.

Privacy

We store your email, the details you enter for the song, your lyrics and the generated audio so you can come back to your order. We send transactional emails only (payment, login codes, song ready, alteration updates). Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card details. Email us to delete your data.

Content policy

Songs must be kind. We do not create content that is abusive, obscene, sexual, hateful, violent or illegal, or that targets a person to demean them. Text that breaks this rule stops the order immediately, removes any remaining credits and is reported to our team. No refund is given for stopped orders.
